Animated Gif Editor

In my schools cluster we are running an animation project and I has a bit of trouble in finding a program to alter the frame rate of animated gifs and eventually found this one

Easy to use and might be of use to others schools (Esp 2Animate users as it exports animations as animated gifs)

In the past I've used JASC's (now Corel) Animation Shop, It's not free but many of you may already have it as it comes with Paint Shop Pro.

The older versions of Serif Drwplus are free and do animation well. You can alter timings of individual frames as well as globally.

We had stacks of kids mad on it a couple of years ago. Now we've moved to flash and I don't see any :cry:
