I'm a big fan or Portable Apps myself, being old enough to remember when all apps worked like that! It's nice to see the Portable Apps suite slowly evolving with new apps being added and the menu/backup system being updated.
Incidentally, the first mention of Portable Apps (that I could find) on EduGeek was in 2006 here: Portable Apps

You can download an executable for UltraVNC viewer that is simple to include in Portable Apps.

there basically te same! u3 is nothing special btw.

i use portable apps allot, and i found that if you stick any EXEs into the portable apps folder then they are picked up by the menu, so my menu has the admin admins bar exes in it now, aswell as some other usefull programs that all run from stand alone EXEs
