Customers log calls then we respond!

Its great and its free.

We have been using it here for over a year now!

Does anybody know a software that is used to record all works done in system (kind of service history for hardware -pc, printers-).?

Ours is useful as the customers can see every request they have made and we post a reply on how we fixed it, so some time customers can help them selfs the next time they have the same issue.

We also us it as an online todo list!


I have made and Access database which records service history which is logged against every item in school.
