    My first Microsoft cource

What course should I do to start professional development it needs to be relevant enough for School to pay for it? I think that a 5 day type of course would be good say in London or near Heathrow.

    P.S.
Or is something like an N+ more relevant?

What role are you in at your school? What experience do you already have?
