I train off site from home. and then take the exams. If you get stuck pop a question on here and some one will have a good answer and will even go the extra mile by providing more info
Don't go with thouse trining companies.. expensive and support can be rubbish.
this topic has been discussed a few times on edugeek, so if you do a search, you will find out what you need.

Right, after some googling, for a MSCE, its basically:
6 core units.
And those 7 units can be chosen by myself i asume?

No because they are core ones so they are dictated what you have to do.
By the way it's M(icrosoft) C(ertified) S(ystems) E(ngineer) - MCSE

Have a look at mycourse.co.uk
If you want to do self study then sign up for a cbt course or buy the books, learn and then book and take your exam with microsofts exam partners.

Thanks again Plexer.
My LEA were helpful for once.
The refered me to a company called RareIT, who refered me to QAIQ, who gave me all the info i need.
Basically £630 for the exams plus the cost of the books....
