I need some help finding training for my ICT Technician, she requires knowledge of Windows XP and Windows server 2003.
Ideally I could do with her gaining some experience on Exchange 2003 but it is not as important as XP and Server 2003.
Does anyone know of any suitable training that she could do?
Thanks
Dezt.

30th January 2008, 11:33 AM #3 A Technet subscription gives you access to a variety of training videos, Technet also have on-line labs.
I would also recommend the Mark Minasi series of books for a hands-on guide, and would suggest copious use of VMWare to build a test domain to learn on.

30th January 2008, 12:45 PM #8 I'd be tempted to take a look at the MCDST course for Windows XP.

14th February 2008, 01:05 PM #9 If the need is only for Windows XP, Server 2k3 and Exchange. You could just take a look at the MCSA (70-270 - Client XP, 70-290 - Server 2k3, 70-291 - Networking and 70-284 - Exchange).
However like it's already been mentioned here, I would also recommend the A+/Network+ combination and the MCDST, before starting the MCSA.
