Just noticed the Direct Support link across the top of the page - looks like a cracking idea!

Is this new have have just missed if up to now?

Also, is the Acer Shop gone?

Weird, on the friont page you get the direct support link and no outlet link, when you are in a forum you get the outlet link and no direct support link.

I'm just getting the Direct Support link, no Acer to be seen.

On the forums tab - there is a tab for Manufacturer Forum. That's lower down the page than the one underneath the logo.
Wherever I am on the site I only have direct support on the top bar

What theme are you using? If you scroll to the bottom of the page it should be on the left.
We are still figuring out the plan for acer store. I removed it for now as I dont want the menu too huge.

non-tabbed verdana
doesn't happen with the tabbed verdana, just tested
