I have to admit to being rather surprised that there is a beautiful example of behaviour that any spam filter worth its salt could catch and quarantine on here and yet it's still made it into the public forums.
- Keywords for various known pills and medications
- multiple links in post
Has no-one invested in a decent anti-spam plugin yet?
Just curious as I have a phpbb2 mod that handles this sort of thing and just drops the user automatically along with quarantining their trigger posts.

I have enabled one of the systems in vbulletin but generally they have been pretty worthless but we will see how it goes.

Ok... did wonder... Unfortunately all my experience is phpBB2 based and the antispam mod for that is absolutely amazing at catching spammers. Tweaked right it has virtually zero false positives.
