    Show posting IP enhancement

A lot of our users post behind a proxy. In some cases (e.g. Lancashire does) these proxies correctly report the originating IP of the poster in the HTTP_CLIENT_IP, HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR and/or REMOTE_ADDR HTTP headers. Would it be possible to alter the 'show posters IP' functionality in vBulletin to record and display this information?

I have seen an addon that is designed to cure this problem. I will roll it out on the test server this weekend and see how it goes.

    Cheers
