![]() | TBH I never even look at that list. As Russ mentioned, there is a link to show new posts since last visit which works quite well. I find that this is a lot more useful since I can read through all the posts I haven't looked at yet. IMHO the block that displays the most recent posts simply takes up a lot of space and increasing its size would look clumsy - it doesn't fit on my 1800x1200 svcreen as it is! Perhaps a better solution for people requiring the most recent posts would be an RSS feed of the last 20-30 posts then you could use a live bookmark in Firefox or an RSS reader? |

Blog Entries: 2 Rep Power: 18 | I want to see what's being discussed in a day. I check posts out as they're posted, but want to re-visit after. They sink without trace with 'view posts since last visit'. I'm not a fan of rss readers, I just can't be bothered with that/ not found a reader I like If the front page is wanted to fulfil another purpose, the role should be split, and have another page for forum posts. Mostly, like 95% of the time I wan't to check out the forums, and it's not made easy. |
