On the profile settings, maybe you could change the company field to school or company or school. Just a thought.

I'll post, then you'll know what he means. Look at the left under my name. There's a 'company' bit. Which is currently filled out with my school name.

I think the best thing to do would be to change the company field to be modifyable with a drop down box. So you could switch it between LEA/School/Company. As required.
