    how long , with no activity is it before this forum dis-connects me, and i have to login again?
    seems really short to me

    I think its about 15 minutes of no activity before your session ends.
    If you want to stay logged in try leaving yourself on the iSpy page and that should keep your session open.

    I've never been disconnected by forums... doesn't matter when I come back to it, I'm always logged on, both here and at home. What's happening to cookies with you?

    i'll try the remember me option,

    thought it was some sort of dating site, so i didn't tick it - lol
