What about wiki pages?
I've posted howto's in the past on forums and wiki's and the wiki version always ends up 'better' because of other peoples contributions to them.

How do we encorporate them?
What CMS is this? There's usually a plugin...

Oh, its up to me is it?!![]()
<goes off for a look>
Well you could host something like mediawiki on a subdomain instead...

From what I can see a Wiki module is in development but not available to download yet. Check out this page for more info Chris!

hi all first time poster...
if you need someone to host it can host it on my account if want www.russdev.com
wil even password protect it..
also if i spend some time hacking code might even be able to intergrate into nuke passwors system if the head hencho wants to pm me or email me russ@mst-software.co.uk and will see what can do.

I shall PM you shortly. I'm rather busy today (someone has been switching off remote servers with large 'Please do not switch off' signs on them!) and have to clean up the mess.
i've got mediawiki for inhouse documentation. pretty easy to set up... if i can do it.
I've only ever used MediaWiki. I have a lot of edits on www.gentoo-wiki.com![]()
A Wordpress wiki is very easy to set up. Would recommend it.
Grudgingly, I have to agree with mark - tho i have only seen it from a "surfers" point of view - i.e. not seen the admin of it.

After much thought Wiki is a good idea. Providing we keep it to neccercery content only. Commonly used or hard to find KB Articles, and how-to's from obscure sites are all information that we need in one location. I'll have to host it on my other domain www.spookyplanet.co.uk as it gets less traffic and I have to yet use my MySQL quota for that. I'll get it set up tomorrow and polish it later!
