VBA Code to copy all form updates to one form

Afternoon,

I am looking for some VBA code for an access database which will copy all data entries from all forms to one form as a kind of summary each time something has been updated in a given field, ideally, adding a date and time stamp of when it was amended and by whom.

Any pointers would be much appreciated!

What your describing is the UI/presentation of an Audit trail
So when any of your forms update(CRUD) the DB your code should write an entry to an Audit trail table and updates to this table should trigger an event which refreshes the Audit trail form
(can't remember if Access can fire events on Table updates - you'll have to look it up)
