It has nothing to do with "friend politics" and everything to do with a new poster coming in and immediately disregarding the work of an obviously well thought of member, while simultaneously posting a link to a non-too-professional looking website full of bad grammar and spelling mistakes.

Now, as an IT professional, I am much more likely to download program created by a trusted member of this community than a program from a link posted by a brand new member. It screams SPAM and potentially also virus infected software. /rant

In short, if you're not just a random spammer, get to know the community, show that you're not one of the (many) people who sign up just to spam, and then we'll all take you more seriously

A con of nb's tool is the .net framework. You let the users install the .net framework.
USB alert on USB Alert - Introduction - Don't forget your USB stick is not depending on the .net framework en talks directly to the windows API's.

So, therefore you can put the small tool on your usb stick and activate it by autorun. Just look at

    or
    4sysops.com

    Good luck!!!
Most networks, like mine, block exes that are not installed on pcs, and are not in the allow list. Exes on pen drives are BLOCKED for security reasons.

Are you trying to run it from a network share?
