Is there any sort of interpreted language available for creating simple windows mobile applications?

Is the compact .Net framework not compact enough or do you draw a distiction between JIT compiled code and normal interpreted languages.

Was thinking more along the lines of a basic interpreter. Found a few.

What types of program are you going to write with it?

Main one I want to write is one that can read in a csv file and display the contents and allow you to edit them and resave the file but not pocket excel
