![]() | Well, I've ordered it. Not sure if I'll ever get round to learning VB at all (or even if I'll be any good when I do... :P ) but at least I'll have it. |

Blog Entries: 1 Rep Power: 33 | right go for pro or above as other ones i think are not worth money.. with pro you get get visual studio 2005 when released, complete set of os's and inc server 2003... msdn library... plus exlcusive msdn support misco no website has this level at £724.55 might be abel to get it cheaper via school contacts.. the enterprise level has more adavnce version of vb and and all server os and technologies but costs more.. then universal get first access to to everything inc server test beds etc.. ![]() | the link was good - thanks Quote:
MSDN library looks good but the "exclusive msdn support" doesn't appear to be specific as to what that is exactly :S Quote:
Better to be a MS SB and get the SB's subscription thing lol - way cheaper and you get a load more products too I just wonder though, with MSDN you'll get the long awaited longhorn beta(s) coming soon, but I wonder whether you would with the SB's subscription..... *thinks about calling MS* Cheers Nath

SQL Server Express 2005 is pretty good too, if you want to tie an ASP.NET site to it. Best thing is of course, that they're free.
