    VB Project Coming Along

So I have started my visual basic college project (Anyone who saw my last post would know what I am on about, but it is basically a cleaning rota for projector filters) and I am now looking into setting up an automated system so that we will recieve an email to our helpdesk after a set period of time.
Anyone who knows the sort of code I would need to know to tell my program that when the "Last Cleaned" hit 100 days, to send our team an email. That would be greatly apreciated guys.
If you don't want to tell me the exact code (I would much prefer that you don't so I can go off and learn it myself) then that is completely fine.

You want some sql that selects all rows where the date last cleaned is more than 100 days in a dataset then send those out with a smtp compomenent.
