Office 365 - PA needs to monitor heads email
The head wants her PA to monitor her email and so she has asked me to give the PA access to her email.
Please can someone let me know what would be the most efficient way of doing this as in the past the previous head just had a rule that forwarded emails to the PA but I'm thinking there must be a slicker way.
She needs to see everything apparently so that means inbox, sent items and other folders etc etc.
We only access 365 via the web.
