Office 365 - Shared Mailbox Address Book
I'm feeling very thick today as I assumed this would work, but I've fallen flat on my face with it.
I have setup a shared mailbox for our Admin email address to allow the 2/3 receptionists all to be able to check, monitor and deal with the incoming email addresses. All worked well, the shared mailbox connects in Outlook and can be opened in OWA and that's all good. I then copied the Admin address book into the Admin contacts folder and then hit a brick wall.
If you Open another users mailbox in OWA then you can use the Admin contacts which is fine.
In Outlook, while you can view the Admin address book through the contacts link, if you go to compose a new message you can't pick the address book from the list, it just doesn't appear anywhere.
I then took a look at Public folders, which then appears within Outlook, but makes the OWA useless as I can't find away to view a public folder address book through OWA.
Can anybody suggest any simple way I can view the address book of a shared folder, no matter how it is done, in both OWA and Outlook 2010? It's driving me bonkers!
