This as a migration csv is successfully syncing the account firstname.lastname@example.org in to the slong@waylandacademy..... email account.
As you are keeping your email addresses the same then it would be:
so the first two columns are identical? with just the easymail password in the third one?

I can only presume that your comment about only having to put the first part in when logging onto the Webmail is that the rest is probably embedded with the code, so it's done automatically for you - makes sense given that I doubt most of your colleagues would want to type out the entire domain name :) *shrugs* Just a guess, I don't know how they've set it up.

Well, I've sent out the email asking people to confirm their email passwords....soon be on the way to migration...gulp!
Is there an idiots guide to exporting contacts from Easymail and into Office365? I have already had one teacher moan that it will take her all day - all I said was to keep a note of her contacts just in case!
Easymail, top right click Options
Scroll down to Export contacts and click Export Contacts button which exports it as a csv file.
To import into 365 we told our staff to use Outlook and provided the attached guide.
Thanks for the info about exporting contacts but our staff don't use Outlook unfortunately.

Login to your old Easymail
Click ‘Export Contacts’ which should download a file to your computer.
Ok, In Office 365 click on the "People" link at the top
Then click on the cog in the top right and select Import Contacts

You log in to the Office 365 and just click the + symbol to add a single user.
I have hopefully done the email migration following plexer's excellent instructions.
An hour in and it hasnt completed one email yet - how long is this going to take!!
Also, I have to explain how to migrate one user to the SLT as they are doing it themselves. Do they follow the same instructions or is there another way for individual email accounts?

Please, @plexer @Boredguy anyone - can someone tell me what is wrong. It accepted the csv file which was as follows:
EmailAddress username password
firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com password
Can anyone shed light on what on earth is going wrong? I have no idea
