Secure scanning and storage for confidential data
My Head has asked me to look into options for secure off-site backups of highly confidential files relating to safeguarding. Obviously this information needs to be kept indefinitely and she is concerned that the information is currently only in paper format and held onsite, so if there was a fire it may all be lost. Does anyone have any suggestions for reliable UK companies offering document scanning and storage services with a suitable level of security? Or any other ideas for how we could back up these files safely?
