Office 365 + Jajah Voice or Lync Server 2010 + SIP Trunk
We are considering to replace our BT Versatility Telephone system due to high maintenance cost and very expensive calling plan, we are approximately spend around £4000 per annum.
As currently, we are using Office 365 anyway and Office 365 can support Voice capability on Plan E4 (or A4 for education), so we would like to ask for your expert opinions if anyone has tried Office 365 with Jajah Voice, yet? https://voice4lync-eu.jajah.com/home.
We are considering to trial this service soon, but we would be better to ask this expert community first to save us times and frustrations.
We are also looking into SIP Trunk Solution with Microsoft Lync Server at Gamma and BT, but this might be overkilled as we only have 9 handsets within our organisation.
