    Office 365 passwords

    Hi,

Had a problem this week after going fully 365 last week. Most of the staff appeared to be able to log in fine, however students getting wrong username password. All testing with new accounts seemed fine, staff mostly fine.

Then in struck me that the majority of staff have (or should have) recently changed password in a recent policy change. Changing a students password resolved the issue for them.
Dirsync is working correctly and passwords are definitely syncing. The official advice from MS was also this - get users to change their AD password.

Thankfully Home Access Plus let's our students do that however that's so annoying - has anyone managed to overcome this silly little bug?

We had this. I did a full Sync in DirSync and not the default delta sync and it sorted it.
