    Google Apps for Edu queries...

Folks can google apps for edu be configured to disable email for specific users, or is this feature either on/off across board? Ideally I'd like to keep key users like myself with email, however only use google drive functionality for staff.

Also... Can a password timeout be configured? I'm unable to find a password policy section.

Ok ignore the disable email facility, this has now been resolved.
Still unsure about the password policy.

    Hello,
The email can be solved by using OUís which it sounds like youíve done now.

Google does not have a password expiration feature. They do have a password policy section to set the minimum password length.
    See attached.

If anyone knows of a way for google to expire passwords Iíd like to hear about it too.

    Cheers,

I think Google tries to put people into two-form authentication rather then changing their passwords often. Still, the option would be a good idea.

There is an option to force people to change their password at the next logon. Perhaps that could be used in a script with GAM?
