Exchange to Office 365 Migration. How did you do it?

    Hello,

In the summer, I am going to be migrating from Exchange 2013 to Office 365. I have been looking at the ways we can migrate. We can either do a Hybrid Migration or Cutover Migration. For us Cutover migration looks like the way to go, it looks more simple and we have less than 2,000 mailboxes. But the annoying thing is I will have to disable DIRSync while I am doing a cutover.

What method out of the 2 above did you use please? Any why pick that method?

Has anyone got any tips / tricks about the Cutover please?

    Thanks
