Gaz I had that with my s3 but I'm almost at the end of the 2 years now.
Have signed up for copy.com bia above link
I use dropbox and I have paid for the 100GB I recently bought a new phone (GS4) and it came with 50gb of dropbox storage for 2 years, so now i've got at least 150GB of storage for 2 years however I doubt I'll come close to using the extra 50GB as I'm at about 25GB now.
For me dropbox is convenient and its likely to stick around for a while.
Just done the same. Thought I might as well give it a go.
Looking at their prices for paid for storage dropbox is currently $9.99 pm for 100GB and copy is $9.99 pm for 250GB pretty good value for money, however I know more people that use dropbox and we share large files together so moving to another service might be problematic if they don't want to move.

USERFUL TIP for Copy.com users!
On your desktop client (assuming you have the PC one installed), right click the icon and go to preferences. Now click on the 'Manage your files' button.
From here you can choose which files and folders your want to sync to the PC you are using while still leaving your files in the cloud!!! So if you have a folder of 20Gb of backed up files but you don't want that entire thing downloading on a second machine, you can exclude it from the sync but it will still be online You can also tick a box to delete the locally cached copy of the excluded files/folders to free up some space.
Thought I would share as I've only just discovered this
