O365 SPF record
So I moved to O365 a couple of months ago, I have just sent a an email to my own personal Outlook.com account and it has the flowing message at the top of the email: "Be careful! This sender has failed our fraud detection checks." I have done a quick search and found that this message is due to an invalid or missing SPF record on our public DNS. I have run a check on our domain at Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Record Lookup - MxToolbox and it does indicate that an SPF record is not present. Does anyone know what value I should be requesting in relation to this? I have looked at the O365 online portal DNS settings but it doesn't mention SPF at all.

in your office 365 admin portal click on domains >> view dns settings >> view dns records. It should be :
|TXT ||@ ||v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all ||1 Hour |

Thanks, I am sure I gave that whole page to our DNS host, I will get them to check again.
