Hello and god morning guys and gals!
I hope this is in the right section.
Currently i am having issues with logging into my work office 365 account.
When i log in i am prompted to change password, so i change it using all characters needed and in the right boxes, when i go to submit my new password though the page loads until the connection times out and nothing happens, after this logging in with either old or new password does not work and the password reset feature dows not work either, the reset links take me a page to ask for admin help.... but i have the admin account.
I did not set up our 365 here so i have no clue what to do next, any help please?
Do you know who did set it up?
If your locked out of the admin account there's an option to set an alternative recovery account that MS can email details to when Office 365 is setup, but you need to know where that's going!
I would get on the phone to MS 365 support pronto personally and explain what's going on.
