    Office 365 disclaimers on replies

    I have applied a default disclaimer to staff emails for everything they send. Is there a way to stop it applying that same disclaimer to replies if the message already includes it?

    I'm getting a build up of repeated disclaimers at the bottom of my email conversations!!!

    Never mind - sorted it

    Simply add an exception to the rule that if the subject or message body contains the words "unique text from your disclaimer" then don't add it!
