I've had a look round and i cannot find a solution to this yet.
Each time my DirSync server restarts (i have a power-cut recently due to a lightning strike) i lose connection to office365.
From what i can see it is because the Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service wont start.
It give me "The service did not start due to a logon failure"
I have tried changing the logon account to an admin with membership to the group FIMSyncAdmins, but that didn't work.
I have a feeling it needs to be the account that was created upon installing DirSync.
Oh, rerunning the DirSync Config doesn't work but uninstalling then reinstalling does...
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i've reinstalled this 3 times now and that is just not going to work for me.
