@witch did you have swgfl issues today?
I am not sure as currently I cant log on
Not that I am aware - other than they havent acknowledged my change request!
My sent items are in the inbox in the light view as well, sadly
Did you do the migration as below?
"To add multiple users onto Office 365 where AD sync is not setup:
Fill out the CSV attached called "Import Users". Only the Username and display name are required, although best to fill out first name and last name too. The username must include the domain that is listed in office365 (and the one you plan to use) at the end, for example @school.org.uk otherwise it will fail with the error: "the user name is not valid. you can only use letters and numbers. no spaces."
Login to outlook.office365.com as admin.
Go to "Admin" and "Office 365".
Go to "Setup" and "Start" the "quick start" setup.
Follow the wizard from here.
The username in the earlier CSV must include the domain that is listed in office365 (and the one you plan to use) at the end, for example @school.org.uk otherwise it will fail with the error: "the user name is not valid. you can only use letters and numbers. no spaces."
If you use a domain that hasn't yet been added and verified in office365 it will not work, giving the error "The user name isn't valid or the domain doesn't exist."
Template CSV to import users with is attached.
To import a users mailbox from another provider:
You must have already added the user(s) whos mailbox ou wish to import to office 365 before proceeding with this, else it will fail.
Fill out the CSV attached called "Import from IMAP" as descirbed in the CSV.
login to outlook.office365.com.
Go to "Recipients" and "Mailboxes" - Find the account you want to import a mailbox to and edit. In edit, go to "Mailbox Delegation" and add the main admin account to the "Send As" and the "Full Access" box.
Then, go to "Recipients" and "Migration" then "+" and "Migration to Exchange online".
Follow the steps in the wizard, putting in the information as below when required.
RM IMAP Details: imap.easymail.ifl.net
Once the synch is finished, go to outlook.office365.com and login as the user to ensure all the emails have synched successfully.
Once complete, repeat the first step removing the "Send As" and "Full Access" permissions for the admin account.
Template CSV for importing users is attached (will need .doc extension removing)."
I'm sure we I've not had this issue when migrating from easymail, and this is how I did it.

I have migrated it fine, thanks, although the RM details are not the ones I was told to use by either RM or indeed Microsoft.
The mx records have now been changed and email is going to Office 365 - yay!
How I am going to stop them trying to use easymail is beyond me though.
SWGfL didnt bother to do the CNAME records so I will have to ask them to sort that or autodiscover wont work for Outlook and Lync
@with the amount of times I have done this migration and always put in big red text ' please remove the easymail mx records for this change request' and they never get it correct.
they really are useless at reading change requests.
They HAVE changed the mx records and all is well on that front
but autodiscover isn't sorted which makes using Outlook a pain.
I get the EasyMail URL to redirect to Office 365 login and allow access to EasyMail via oldmail.domain.sch.uk
The contacts migration has been a laugh as well. First the option to export contacts wasnt there at all - after lots of experimentation it turns out that the accounts have to be set on Custom Settings and Advanced. THEN the contacts imported but the email addresses didnt - this is because Office 365 is looking for E-mail Address and Easymail had it as Home EMail.
Does this madness ever end...
I am going to rename the staff front page "old email" so they might remember. At home though, I bet they forget and if you try and send an email from Easymail it doesn't give you any sort of error message *sigh
My oh my, you are having a time of it. With bought in help, I'm about to start ours this week. I hope that by migrating the daily multi moan of "I can't send my Easymail messages, when I'm at home" gets sorted out. It does doesn't it?
