    That's what I was trying to do Ben. For some unknown reason the following are greyed at

    Authentication: Basic

    Encryption: SSL

    Port: 993 which isn't grey but nevertheless won't change?

    If you've previously setup the migration endpoint then it won't let you change it from that point unless you create a new one.

    alternatively go to the tab endpoints and delete the existing ones.

    I'm stumped then... the error would imply that it can not connect to the account, but we know that they are valid as you have tested logging in on both systems.

    A possible work around is to manually transfer the files via outlook, but that's not really ideal as the time it would take for you would depend on the size of the mailboxes =(
    Create a connection to the office 365 account, and then add an imap connection for Easymail
    Select the e-mail from the easymail folder, and then Ctrl+Drag them into the Office 365 one so it creates a copy of the files.

    Maybe a fresh pair of eyes will spot the error... and Plexer did mention about teamviewering in next week so he might spot the glitch.

    My money is on a Easymail problem for those accounts. Not sure if easymail likes having more than 1 imap connection per account (assuming your troublesome 16 users are connecting via a client and not website)

    I dont know what they connect by - I dont know anything anymore......

    The DH is asking how to migrate his own account (you know, because I'm not trustworthy enough to have his password) but I am not sure I have it right. Can someone spell it out for me or is there a guide somewhere?

    Log in to Office 365.
    Click the cog symbol next to the name on the top right of the screen.
    Click on options.
    Click on connected accounts.
    Click + symbol to add an account.

    Follow the on screen instructions.

    Just a thought @witch - you haven't by any chance switched over to SWGfL FTTC have you. We have and our upload speed has dipped from a pretty steady just over 10.00 Mbps to under 2.00 Mbps at times now. SWGfL are looking into this.

    So will that work the same as the syncing that I am doing with the other accounts? That is, will it go on syncing until I do the mx record thing, do one more and then stop??
