Cloud Services Thread, Our users not very keen on the 'new' Office 365 upgrade!! :( in Technical; Is O365 mail broken in the new FF? The send / discard buttons are chopped off for me....

    Yeah it does seem that way. We found the problem with ff23.. haven't tried it in ff24 yet

    Unfortunately our school has no control over what OS and IE version people run at home. We can advise but at the end of the day users just expect things to work whatever Operating system you are on.

    @Edu-IT yes and they said it wasn't a problem with Office 365!!

    If you check the portal o365 exchange has been in extended recovery over the firefox issue for days.

    It should be resolved now.

    Closure Summary: On Monday, September 23rd, 2013 at approximately 7:00 PM UTC, Microsoft received reports of an issue where some customers using Firefox 23 or Firefox 24 were experiencing issues when composing new mail in the Outlook Web Application (OWA). As a workaround, users were advised to expand the Firefox browser to full screen mode. Investigation determined that a code configuration issue caused the degradation. Engineers developed and deployed a fix across the affected environment to mitigate end user impact. The issue was successfully resolved on Friday, October 4th, 2013 at 7:30 AM UTC. A complete post-incident report will be available on the Service Health Dashboard within five business days.
