    Office 365 disclamer

I've been asked by a client to put a disclaimer on the button of the emails. I've gone into the Exchange Management > Mail Control > Rules and added the disclaimer there. What I have been asked to do is make the text smaller. Does anyone know how this can be done?

    Thanks,
    Steve

I believe if you use the HTML Method then you can just use normal HTML Code:

    <font size="6">This is some text!</font>

    Regards,
    James.

What if you wrap it in a div such as this example from MS?

    <div style="font-size:9pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"> </br> %%displayname%%</br> %%title%%</br> %%company%%</br> %%street%%</br> %%city%%, %%state%% %%zipcode%%</div> &nbsp;</br> <div style="background-color:#D5EAFF; border:1px dotted #003333; padding:.8em; "> <div><img alt="Fabrikam" src="http://fabrikam.com/images/fabrikamlogo.png"></div> <span style="font-size:12pt; font-family: 'Cambria','times new roman','garamond',serif; color:#ff0000;">HTML Disclaimer Title</span></br> <p style="font-size:8pt; line-height:10pt; font-family: 'Cambria','times roman',serif;">This message contains confidential information and is intended only for the individual(s) addressed in the message.
