Google Apps email migration - missing emails pre-February
It seems a number of my staff have missing emails after I completed the migration earlier this week. The GAMME tool stated only about 8 emails weren't migrated due to errors but comparing the size of one teachers inbox on Exchange at around 6.5k items vs the GAMME estimated of 4k clearly shows something is off. Has anyone else ran into something similar?
Appreciate the help as always.

I had an issue with a 2 staff accounts that despite not seeing any errors in the log would not transfer all of the emails. This was only 2 out of 200 so I did not go crazy trying to figure it out.
Are they possibly in the trash folder, outbox, or some other folder that the migration tool is skipping?

It just finished another migration run and it spat out an error in the logs about being having insufficient access to pst files for this user. I followed the GAMME tool guide and created a user (GAMME_ADMIN) in AD and used the exchange shell to grant access rights. I did this and checked a few mailboxes in the console and looks like it is set correctly. It sounds like this could be the cause of the missing emails if it can't read them but how to correct it?
