Office 365 web apps - umm where are they ??

Ok I am trying to show the HT what O365 is etc.

I have logged in, we are using plan A2 which I think gives us Web apps and Outlook, I have outlook, but no web apps and Sharepoint (team whatever) is just giving errors.

Firstly purchase A2 licenses which are free. Then under Management > Users, select a user, you should be able to specify which role(s) they have access to including Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and Office Web.

When bulk uploading users you can specify the roles users have as part of the process.

That's what I thought but I don't have web apps as an option.

Not an Office 365 user - but @EduTech @apearce are good sources of info. May also be worth a support call if having issues

    Hi,

What error are you getting? If you have a word document uploaded to a Library, are you able to view it in the Word Web App or do you just get an error. It should look something like this when you click on any document that has been uploaded.

    wordwebapp.png

If you don't see this, then please upload the error that you are getting.

Do you get the following in user management? or are you saying that the top licence option is missing?

    Regards,
    James.

Thanks for all the advice, looks like it was an LA firewall issue blocking share point part of 365
