Yeah I'm manually migrating the mailboxes over using the exchange management option in office 365 with a cvs file. I don't have an autodiscover pointing to my on site exchange, so I'm ok there.

Are you manually migrating the mailboxes over then? If so then you do not need an Exchange 2010 Server and in which case the Autodiscover Record should in fact stay how it is. If you have an Autodiscover Record in place pointing to Exchange 2003 then I would remove this.
Regards,
James.

Oh okay I got a bit confused with your last post about Auto Discover entries, Only have the CNAME Record in pointing to autodiscover.outlook.com
In regards to migration, indeed if you are not a co-existent migration using Exch2010 Hybrid Server then you will need to do this in a period of time where by email communication will be unavailable.
James.
@EduTech cheers for that, that's what I thought, I'll get the screenshots up for you in a few hours when I get to work showing the https error with the autodiscover RCA test.

Those errors are fine and it is similar to my o365 test results.
(Your school is still mentioned btw)
I think its something related to firewall<->client and filtering possibly dropping the connection.
Does restarting outlook (close for at least 30 seconds to make sure it ends its hooks) fix the issue?
What OS/firewall are you running?
Does this happen for others in your school or just you?
It happens for everyone in the school, that use outlook to connect to office 365 (only 3 of us at the moment), it does reconnect after a few minutes, but it is just causing concern as sometime email can just sit in the outbox and not get sent straight away. I'm going to take my laptop home tonight and test it at home on my personal broadband and see what happens there, in effect it should work, if it does then it's an issue between school and the LEA.
I'll get rid of the pictures now, as those errors are not important.
I am constantly getting syncronisation error emails sent through when I do anything in outlook now, here's an example of the contents.

Currently testing it with my laptop connected to my android phone set up as a WAP and it's working great, only thing it can be is the connection to the internet through the LEA I think.
I've placed a call with them, but don't expect a call back before we finish on Friday.

Hi Detz,
Is it possible for you to turn on outlook logging?
Launch Outlook > Options > Advanced > Enable Troubleshoot Logging
Close Outlook
Re-Open Outlook and then wait for the connection to drop out
Once you have done that, browse to: c:\users\USERNAME\appdata\Local\temp\outlook logging
I would then recommend you upload that directory to your support case with Microsoft so that this will give them something to look at, if you could send it myself I'll have a look over that for you too.
If you get any issues let me know and i'll poke the support chaps for you.
Cheers,
James.
I've done that, once it drops i'll fire the logs over to you, I think i've got your email address from the last time you helped me out with this.

I've sent them over in a zip file, i've included the entire folder for you.
Can you take a netmon capture in addition to the outlook logging. If the internet connection is out of your remit then there isn;t much you can do there.
What about any proxy you have, or is that all provided by someone else?
If you have a copy of the Outlook logging and can share with me then PM.
Ive been trying outlook connection to office 365 exchange from home tonight, no problems what so ever, so it's something to do with the connection to the internet from school. At least I know what to look at now, i've got a case opened with the BTOneConnect guys about this, so fingers crossed they'll figure out what it is.
@sukh i'll pm the logs tomorrow for you.
