    Offsite remote back up reccomendations

    Looking to get out admin files backed up offsite remotly and depending on cost maybe for our curriculum files to.
    Just wondered if anyone had any reccomendations of companies ?

    Just the company that I had been told about never answer the phone or call me back which I dont think is a good sign for back ups.

    crashplan is cheap for education, we pay just over £200 per server for 3TB of online storage per server

    The major ones I work with are Databarracks for larger clients and also Mozypro on the smaller side. Both work very well.

    Seems incredibly cheap?

    Don’t forget that as a school you cannot backup to a company or datacentre outside of the EU.

    Do Crashplan meet this criteria?

    We use Gigasoft.

    Data Backup Services, Secure Online PC & Laptop Backup, London, UK, Nationwide

    They are UK based and have no problems with it

    I thought they can as long as the company is signed up toe the safe harbour agreement between the uk and eu?
