Just found out that our website might not complying with new regulations.
The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012
Came into force 1st September.
• Contact details
• Admission arrangements
• Latest Ofsted report
• Latest KS2 and or 3 performance data
• How to access school performance tables
• Info about curriculum and qualifications offered
• Behaviour policy
• Use of the pupil premium
• SEN report
• Charging and remissions policy
• Statement of schools ethos and values

This just landed on my desk, so still looking into it but seems i will have to update the website and ahmmmm lease with office for required files...
The document was only released in July for a September 1st deadline, it wasn't that realistic for schools. Luckily we had the majority if not all the information on ours which saved us a job.
I am not sure which body is responsible for checking the school websites - ofsted possibly - not sure what happens to those schools who dont meet the legislation.
