Terminal Server and SGD
We have been using SGD to provide remote access to our staff and recently reached the end of the terminal server grace period. After installing the licence server and activating it with the client licences we had purchased staff are now unable to access remotely from outside the school network. I have a few ideas that I could try but would like to know if there is anything else I can do to get TS access working again. Does the TS Licence server need to be on a diifferent server if the TS server is fairly well locked down? Are we using the right CALS? We have 30 device CALS, should these be user CALS. Any information that anyone can provide would be very helpful.
We haver per user licenses. The same user could logon from different hardware, so this makes much more sense.
