The LGFL email system is currently experiencing significant performance issues. This has been caused by essential changes in configuration in order to minimise the effects of concerted malicious attacks on the network. A side-effect of these changes has put extra load on the email service. One Connect Limited is treating this as its number one operational priority and putting all necessary resources into resolving this issue.
At 4pm this afternoon the service will be taken offline for a brief period, which should resolve this issue.
