I've just received an email with my 1st stage appeal date. Next Friday 9am Carlisle Town Hall, which is going to be a real struggle to get to but maybe that is their plan. Anyone else got a date yet?

we have a 3:30pm this wednesday (6th) at North Lakes hotel in Penrith, just found out about it this morning!

Does anybody have any information about this yet, i've heard a rumour that they may be putting it back again until September, can anyone confirm this?

The Lancashire one is not supposed to come into effect from Christmas now as they have realised September is not realistic. In between now and then they will be distributing some updated job descriptions.

You have to be a miner to find it! Pick and Shovel ready, Right hand side Key Links module-Equal Pay review, Then left hand main menu-FAQ's, then role profiles, then there's a link to role profile templates, then there's a link to phase 2 Draft Role Profiles. Then take your pick.

I've been told this week that this has been put back to October now, aparantly headteachers have only just been given the profiles. That doesn't sound right to me as they have been on the portal for some time now. Anyone else heard anything about this new time scale.

Well if I am reading this right and the profile doesn't cover things like all the things I do, currently a Network Manager is down to be the old scale 6 to SO1
