The CLEO services, including Moodle, Mahara, video conferencing and remote access services (but excluding MIDAS and general internet access) will be at risk for all of the school day on the 8th October 2010. CLEO is carrying out essential service testing in advance of preparations for the transfer to its new support arrangements in February 2011.

Schools will experience an outage between 9pm and 9.30pm on 7th October and between 9pm and 9.30pm on 8th October. On the 8th October all schools may experience some reduced performance of CLEO services during the day. We apologise in advance for any disruption this may cause. Normal service will be resumed after 9.30pm on the 8th October 2010. If you continue to experience problems after this time please report to your local LA ICT support teams.
