2010 issue with spam filter

there seems to be rule that is over-exerting itself on incoming emails.

According to the spamassassin faq
The rule matches the year (a string of four numbers) in the Date header, and checks if it is between 2010/2020 (depending on version) and 2099.

with this rule it's seems that all incoming email is rated at least 3.188 For instance email from TES is now rated
