    Sophos Enterprise Console not reciving update

    Has anyone else noticed this, luckily its not affecting the clients. The last update was the 28th June on my server.

    I spoke to oneconnect about this yesterday, they insisted it was my servers, and that other schools were working ok!!!

    We submitted a ticket on this yesterday, all our 28 schools are the same, it is a One Connect issue!!

    Ours is the same, 28/6/2013 error says software delivery failed.

    One Connect suck... they set up the network when one of my primaries got a new build. Needless to say they made a hash of it and I was rather annoyed that I wasn't consulted about anything they set up. The man who set most of it up was rude and unhelpful

    ps/ all fine here in BwD.

    As said previously, started failing on Friday the 28th, we raised a log with OneConnect on the Monday at 08:15.
    We had a call back on Tuesday at 13:15 saying it was fixed, but it wasn`t.
    As the rest of you say it appears to be resolved now.

    Yep, same problem back again, checked one of our schools, updated okay last night, but is now broken again, O Dear!!

    Seems to be fixed again here.

    Best place to check if its back/if its OCLs fault is to go to http://sophos2.lancsngfl.ac.uk/cids/S000/ (same username as when used as an update source) and look at the date next to ESXP. Looking at it now they fixed it less than 10 minutes ago.
