Same issues here as well.
Been having issues with our hosted email system. It's really slow, logged a call with oneconnect and they know there's a fault, but just wondered if it's affecting a lot more people as it's getting to the point where it's taking 5 mins to open an email, and that's if it does open it.
Anyone else in same position? It was working fine this morning about half 7, and then started to play up about an hour later, had the same yesterday afternoon, and it came back late afternoon, maybe around 4-4.30ish.

Same here we have had months of problems with owa hanging and crashing on the spell check that oneconnect have been looking into. And now email has been down since about 8am and was the same yesterday even the internet went down for about an hour yesterday afternoon. Since oneconnect took over service has dropped westfield was slow but oneconnect are a joke. I have heard that a lot of the staff have been laid off and the webteam are now down to 2 people with instructions school jobs come second to paying customers. Which is probably the same with email as the answer i got this mornig when i asked if email was down again they said if you are a school yes.
We've been having the same issues for the last few days. Got the same response that they are aware of the issue. We also had the full Internet outage yesterday afternoon to add to the fun.
Same here! it's a joke. It's unusable at the moment.

apologies for the issues your school is having with Outlook Web Access.
As discussed, the issue is part of a wider known problem which is being looked into as Problem Record PM00000144.
This requires a new server to be created and linked to the Exchange system in order to clear the failure. This is on-going and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
As mentioned the workaround is to use the Light version of OWA until the fix is in place.
once again, an apology for the disruption this is causing.

We're having the same problems and have been for some time, almost unusable at the moment. If anyone fancies working for oneconnect though they have not 1 but 13!!!!!! ICT related jobs advertised on the county website at the moment

The LGFL email system is currently experiencing significant performance issues. This has been caused by essential changes in configuration in order to minimise the effects of concerted malicious attacks on the network. A side-effect of these changes has put extra load on the email service. One Connect Limited is treating this as its number one operational priority and putting all necessary resources into resolving this issue.
At 4pm this afternoon the service will be taken offline for a brief period, which should resolve this issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

still not been fixed we are still having problems some 24 hours later
Everything seems to be going OK so far this morning. Even our Internet connection seems a little more lively than of late (although I am not fully commiting myself on that until later in the day).
Ours seems to be okay for now...
