    RS232 (Serial DE-9) to PS/2 or USB converter /adapter

We've been given a Microsoft Kidsball mouse of dubious age with the drivers on floppy disk... but it has an RS232 (DE-9) Serial plug on it.

Does anyone have a converter kicking around in the back of a cupboard so that I can give it a go on one of our XP boxes?
