This was pulled from a brand new and fully functional Apple Mac (I upgraded to x2 2Gb modules after getting them out of the box)!
This memory will work in both PC and MACs. It is Samsung branded of the following make and model: M471B2873EH1-CF8

Although this memory is brand new, it will be coming in an open antistatic bag (reused from upgrades as described above). There is no warranty given or implied.
