    Bromcom Folders

Our school has swapped to using Sims instead of Bromcom for our rgistration. I have 44 Bromcon xPDA folders. They are all working but the plastic covers are well worn. They could be very useful for any school still using the system.

I think £5 per folder is resonable plus delivery.

I also have about 15 transmitters and power supply if anyone is interested.

    Hi John,

I would be interested in a few, we have about 8 that need repairing (screens, casing etc) so would be cheaper for us to buy second hand. Do they all work etc? im not fussed about casing just as long as the screens work and can use the keyboard etc.

Are they the old Pro-Xpda? can you post a pic?

Would be looking for about 10. I've already had a word with finance and if we go ahead can your school just invoice us and we will pay it as normal.

    Cheers John,

    Saved my bacon!

    Cheers John,

I assume these can updated with the latest pro xpda firmware? That version seems very old.

As far as I understand you just swap the eprom from Bromcom, not sure of the price but I assume it is a lot less than a new folder

    Hi John,

Just spoke to Bromcom these wont work on our system, apparently they use the old RTU network which we dont have.

    Cheers anyway.
